CURAJ Project Associate I Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online

Central University of Rajasthan (CURAJ) has notified 1 vacancy for the Project Associate I post on a contractual basis, running up to 31 March 2027 with extension possibilities. Eligible candidates holding an M.Sc. or M.Tech. in the specified disciplines can apply for the position. The remuneration is Rs. 37,000 plus HRA for UGC NET category 1 and 2, Rs. 30,000 plus HRA for category 3, and Rs. 25,000 plus HRA for non-NET candidates. • Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. / M.Tech. in Atmospheric Science / Meteorology / Oceanography / Marine Science / Geophysics / Mathematics / Physics / Statistics / Environmental Science / Remote Sensing / Computer Science / Climate Sciences / Agriculture / Geology / Electronics or related disciplines.
• Upper Age Limit: 35 years on the date of the advertisement.
• Desirable Qualifications: UGC-NET qualified (category-1 or 2 or 3) or equivalent; Maths or Physics preferable as a subject studied at Bachelors level; experience in data analysis or instrumentation; working knowledge of any programming language.

Pay and Tenure

The monthly fellowship is structured based on candidate qualifications: Rs. 37,000/- plus HRA for candidates with UGC NET qualified category 1 or 2 or equivalent; Rs. 30,000/- plus HRA for UGC NET qualified category 3 or equivalent; and Rs. 25,000/- plus HRA for non-NET candidates. The assignment tenure is up to 31 March 2027 with a possibility of extension based on performance and availability of fund in the project. Selected candidates can also be considered for the Ph.D. program of the university after fulfilling required criteria as per university rules and seat availability in upcoming admission cycles.
