HPSCDRC Senior Scale Stenographer Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline

H.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (HPSCDRC) is inviting applications by post for 1 Senior Scale Stenographer vacancy under its 2026 recruitment. Eligible candidates can submit their offline application in the prescribed proforma through their Controlling Authority to the Registrar, H.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Shimla, with the application reaching the office on or before 30 October 2026 up to 5:00 PM. Applicants for the Senior Scale Stenographer post must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University, 100 wpm English shorthand speed, 40 wpm English typing speed, and adequate knowledge of word processing on computer. The notified pay for the post is Rs. 38,500-1,22,700 (Level-11, Cell-1).

Posts, Eligibility and Pay

Feeder Category: Junior Scale Stenographers/Steno typist/Judgment Writers working in the Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh, District Judiciary in the State, and Government/Semi-Government establishments, having five (05) years of regular service or regular combined with continuous ad hoc service in the feeder category.

Educational and Technical Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a University recognized by the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
• English Shorthand speed: 100 words per minute (W.P.M.).
• English Typing Speed: 40 words per minute (W.P.M.).
• Adequate knowledge of word processing on computer.
