Delhi University has notified 1 vacancy for the Project Technical Support-I post on a project-based engagement sanctioned for a period of 2.5 years. The notified pay for the post is Rs. 18,000 + 30% HRA = Rs. 23,400 PM as per ICMR guidelines. The required qualification is High school + Diploma (MLT/DMLT/ITI or equivalent)/Intermediate + 2 years experience working as a laboratory attendant/office helper in a molecular biology laboratory OR 3 years of a graduate degree in a biology + 1 year of experience. Who Can Apply

Candidates must fulfil one of the following educational and experience criteria to be eligible for the Project Technical Support-I position:

• High school plus a Diploma (MLT, DMLT, ITI, or equivalent), OR Intermediate plus 2 years of experience working as a laboratory attendant or office helper in a molecular biology laboratory.
• Alternatively, 3 years of a graduate degree in a biology discipline plus 1 year of experience working as a laboratory attendant or office helper in a molecular biology laboratory.

Pay and Tenure

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 18,000 along with 30% House Rent Allowance (HRA), making a total of Rs. 23,400/- per month as per Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) guidelines. The position is sanctioned under an ad hoc research project for a total period of 2.5 years.
