It is a purely temporary and contractual engagement co-terminus with the aforementioned projects, and does not confer any right for regularization against any CSIR/CSIR-NEERI post.

Yes, the selected candidate receives Rs. 20,000/- per month plus HRA, with an increment of 15% after 3 years of experience in the same project.
Q3. Who is not eligible to apply for this position?
