Pay and Terms
The pay scales for direct recruitment and deputation basis are structured as follows:
- Professor: Level-14A (168900-220400) of 7th CPC plus usual allowances including NPA (if applicable).
- Additional Professor: Level-13A2+ (148200–211400) of 7th CPC plus usual allowances including NPA (if applicable).
- Associate Professor: Level-13A1+ (138300–209200) of 7th CPC plus usual allowances including NPA (if applicable).
- Assistant Professor: Level-12 (101500–167400) of 7th CPC plus usual allowances including NPA (if applicable).
For contractual retired faculty posts, lumpsum remuneration is Rs. 2,20,000/- p.m. for Professor (Consultant) and Rs. 2,00,000/- p.m. for Additional Professor (Consultant). Private practice of any kind, including laboratory and consultant practice, is strictly prohibited.

Important Instructions
