Pay and Tenure
House Rent Allowance or HRA payable shall be admissible as per the extant Government of India rules as applicable to CSIR employees. The positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project, and engagement shall not exceed 06 years in any case.

Selection and Interview
Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on criteria fixed by the Selection Committee. If a large number of candidates turn up, the candidates will be shortlisted for interview as per criteria fixed by the Selection Committee, and the final decision to allow a candidate to appear for an interview rests with the Director, CSIR–CSMCRI. Details regarding the interview (online/offline mode) and interview date shall be communicated to shortlisted candidates through email only.
