ICSIL Data Entry Operator Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 20 Posts

Intelligent Communication Systems India (ICSIL) has announced recruitment for 20 Data Entry Operator vacancies on a contract basis. Candidates who are a minimum 12th pass and have computer knowledge of Excel and Tally along with knowledge of accounts can apply for these positions. The notified pay is Rs. 22,411 PM as per minimum wages of GNCT of Delhi. Eligible applicants can submit their online application from 15 October 2026 to 18 October 2026 after depositing the one-time registration fee on the ICSIL website. The selection process consists of scrutiny of documents followed by an interaction or interview with the department.

Who Can Apply

Candidates applying for the Data Entry Operator position must meet the following essential qualification and age requirements:

• Essential Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass and having computer knowledge of Excel and Tally and having knowledge of accounts.
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years.

Pay and Tenure

The selected Data Entry Operators will receive a remuneration of Rs. 22,411/- per month as per the minimum wages of GNCT of Delhi. Fifteen (15) days salary is to be deducted from the selected candidate as security in two parts (50% in the first month and 50% in the second month), which is refundable after receiving a No Dues certificate from the client department and completing contractual liabilities with ICSIL.

The engagement is purely on a contractual and outsourced basis for a fixed period or till the expiry of the contract or till regular incumbents join posts.

Selection and Interview

If the number of eligible applicants disproportionately exceeds the number of positions, shortlisting for the interview may be conducted based on rational criteria. Shortlisting involves the scrutiny of documents regarding age, qualification, and experience, followed by an interaction or interview with the department. Candidates must produce original documents for verification on the date of the interview.
