Posts, Eligibility and Pay

Educational Qualification Details:

• Graduate Trained Teacher (Class VI-VIII): Minimum 50% marks in graduation from a recognized institute along with a 4-year integrated B.Ed or 3-year graduation with Honours and B.Ed. Passing of CBSE-conducted S-TET/C-TET Paper-2 is mandatory.
• Intermediate Trained Teacher (Class I-V): Minimum 50% marks in 10+2 and D.El.Ed / D.Ed. Passing of CBSE-conducted S-TET/C-TET Paper-1 is mandatory.
• Category-wise Reservation (Intermediate Trained Teachers in Middle Schools): Unreserved: 02, Scheduled Tribe (ST): 02, Scheduled Caste (SC): 01, Extremely Backward Class (BC-1): 01, Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 01.

Selection Process

Selection is made on the basis of a merit list prepared according to academic qualifications and teaching experience. Initial engagement is for 06 months on a service procurement basis under a contractual arrangement, renewable for another 06 months based on satisfactory performance. Candidates belonging to the same village, panchayat, or blocks of Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Castes, or Backward Classes with teaching experience will be given preference, and government reservation rules apply.
