RRB NTPC Graduate Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Degree from a recognized University or its equivalent for all four posts under RRB NTPC Graduate CEN 06/2026.

Is Typing Skill Test Required for RRB NTPC Graduate 2026?
No. The Typing Skill Test for Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist and Senior Clerk cum Typist has been dispensed with for CEN No. 06/2026.
However, candidates appointed to these posts are expected to have basic computer and typing proficiency. Their proficiency may be assessed after joining, and unsatisfactory performance may affect or delay confirmation or promotion.

Additional age concessions are available to eligible serving Railway employees, Quasi-Administrative Railway employees, widowed/divorced/judicially separated women and other specified categories as mentioned in the official notification.

The examination fee can be paid online through Internet Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card or UPI.
Important: The fee refund is available only to candidates who actually appear in the 1st Stage CBT.
Economically Backward Class (EBC), Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and OBC are different categories. EBC under this CEN is relevant to the fee concession and should not be confused with EWS reservation.
RRB NTPC Graduate Selection Process 2026
The recruitment process for RRB NTPC Graduate CEN 06/2026 consists of:
- 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT 1)
- 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT 2)

There is no Typing Skill Test under CEN 06/2026, including for Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist and Senior Clerk cum Typist.
Candidates will be shortlisted for Document Verification RRB-wise in the ratio of approximately 1:1 against the notified vacancies, based on merit and the applicable recruitment rules.

The RRB NTPC Graduate online application process starts on 08 October 2026. Candidates must complete their application by 06 November 2026 at 11:59 PM.
How to Apply for RRB NTPC Graduate Recruitment 2026
- Visit the official RRB application portal.
- Open the application for CEN No. 06/2026 – NTPC Graduate.
- Select Create an Account if you do not already have an RRB account.

The application modification window will be open from 09 November to 18 November 2026.
Candidates can modify eligible application details by paying a ₹250 non-refundable modification fee for each occasion.

RRB NTPC Graduate Photo and Signature Size 2026
For RRB NTPC Graduate CEN 06/2026, candidates are not required to upload a pre-existing passport photograph. The application portal will capture a live photograph during the online application process.
RRB NTPC Live Photo Requirements
- The photograph must be captured live using a computer/laptop webcam or mobile phone front camera.
- Use a pure plain white background.
- Wear non-white clothing, preferably a plain dark colour, to maintain contrast.
- Look directly at the camera with a neutral expression.
- The entire face must be clearly visible and centered.
- The head should occupy at least 50% of the photograph area.
- Do not wear a cap, mask or spectacles while capturing the photograph.
- Do not photograph a printed or existing digital photograph.
Important: Since the photograph is captured live, there is no separate RRB NTPC photo upload size or KB requirement for a pre-existing photograph under CEN 06/2026.

The signature must be written by the candidate in normal running handwriting. Signatures written in BLOCK LETTERS, CAPITAL LETTERS or disjointed letters are not accepted.
