Post-wise Details

Marketing Expert

Qualification required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ marketing/ communications, or graduate in any discipline with 5′ years experience in the relevant field; MBA (Marketing) with 2 years’ experience in the relevant field. Experience required: Previous experience in sales, marketing, advertising, and brand management. The upper age limit is 40 years and the pay is Rs. 40,000 per month.

Technical Expert

Qualification required: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Experience required: Experience in different Village industries, MSME, Handicrafts, Cottage etc., or retired officials of KVIC, KVIB, DIC, MSME DI, NSIC and COIR Board not below the rank of Assistant Director. The upper age limit is 65 years and the pay is Rs. 40,000 per month.

Retired/Ex Bank officials

Qualification required: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Experience required: 15 years of experience in banking with minimum experience of 3 years as a Branch Manager. The upper age limit is 65 years and the pay is Rs. 40,000 per month for Metro cities or Rs. 25,000 for other cities.

Pay and Terms of Engagement

Lump sum consolidated amount.

• Engaged initially for the FY 2026-27 and may be extended further subject to satisfactory performance, requirement of the office and applicable guidelines/orders of KVIC.
