NEHU Project Technical Support–III Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online

North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU) has announced 3 vacancies for the Project Technical Support–III post on a contract basis for an ICMR-funded project. The engagement is initially for 1 year, extendable up to completion of project subject to performance and funds, and is co-terminus with the project with a pay of Rs. 28,000 + HRA as admissible. Candidates applying for the position require a Graduate degree in B.E./B.Tech. in Biomedical Engineering (BME)/Information Technology (IT)/ Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), or MCA from a recognized university. Who Can Apply

Candidates must possess a Graduate degree in B.E./B.Tech. in Biomedical Engineering (BME)/Information Technology (IT)/ Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), or MCA from a recognized university.

Desirable Skills: Candidates with knowledge or technical experience in AI tool development, mobile application development, graphical user interface (GUI) development, image processing, and handling photographic equipment will be preferred.

Pay and Tenure

The selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration of ₹28,000 plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) as admissible. The appointment is temporary and co-terminus with the project, initially lasting for 1 year and extendable up to the completion of the 4-year project based on satisfactory performance and available funds.

Selection and Interview
