NISER Senior Project Associate Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online

National Institute of Science Education and Research Bhubaneswar (NISER), Research & Development Section has announced 1 vacancy for the Senior Project Associate post under advertisement number NISER / R&D / CS2605 / 26 / 2026-27. The temporary engagement is purely for one year or completion of the project, whichever is earlier. Eligible applicants must possess a Four years Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Mathematics/Engineering/Technology or related areas with four years R&D experience, or a Doctoral Degree. The remuneration is Rs. 57,000 p.m. + HRA. Who Can Apply

Candidates must meet the essential qualification requirements prescribed for the Senior Project Associate position.

• Essential Qualification Option 1: Four years Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics/Engineering/Technology or related areas or Master’s degree in Mathematics/Engineering/Technology or related areas, from a recognized university; AND, four years’ experience in R&D in industrial and/or academic institutions.
• Essential Qualification Option 2: Doctoral Degree in Mathematics/Engineering/Technology or related areas from a recognized university.

Pay and Tenure

The selected candidate will receive monthly emoluments of ₹57,000/- p.m. plus HRA as per rules. The position is purely temporary for a period of one year or completion of the project, whichever is earlier, and is strictly co-terminus with the project. It does not lead to any degree in NISER and confers no right or claim for consideration or absorption against any NISER post.
