ECHS Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline for Medical Officer, Nursing Assistant Posts

Station HQ (ECHS) Abohar has announced 2 vacancies for Medical Officer and Nursing Assistant posts on a contract basis under its 2026 recruitment drive. Candidates applying for the Medical Officer post require an MBBS with a minimum 03 years experience after internship, while applicants for the Nursing Assistant post need a GNM Diploma or Class I Nursing Course from the Armed Forces along with a minimum 5 years experience. The monthly pay is Rs. 95,000 for the Medical Officer post and Rs. 36,500 for the Nursing Assistant post. ECHS Medical Officer Important Instructions

• Contract is for a period of one year for ESM and 11 months for civilian candidates.
• Candidate selected for the post of Medical Officer will carryout a 10 days OJT with previous incumbent and obtain a certificate before signing the contract.
• Duration of OJT will remain unpaid.
• Any application received after 16 Oct 2026 will not be accepted.
• Candidates must reach Station HQ Abohar at 1000 hours on 21 Oct 2026 for the interview carrying original certificates.
• No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
• Applications are liable to be rejected if they are unsigned, incomplete, or lack necessary documents.
