Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) is recruiting candidates for 1 Clinical Trial Coordinator post on a purely on a temporary/contractual basis. Eligible candidates holding a B.Sc / M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Nursing or Allied Health Sciences can attend the walk-in selection process on 3 November 2026. Applicants must report to the Department of Nephrology at 9:00 AM with documents and certificates for verification. The selection process consists of document verification, a written test, and an interview scheduled at 2:00 PM at the Department of Nephrology, JIPMER, Puducherry. The consolidated pay for the position is Rs. 21,500, and only candidates who can join by 10 November 2026 should attend.

The project titled “EFFICACY OF LOSARTAN IN RETARDING KIDNEY DISEASE PROGRESSION IN MODERATE TO ADVANCED CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE – A RANDOMISED CONTROLLED TRIAL” requires 1 Clinical Trial Coordinator.

• Essential Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Nursing or Allied Health Sciences from a recognised institution, including B.Sc / M.Sc Nursing, or a degree in any recognised allied health sciences discipline such as medical lab technology, dialysis technology, perfusion technology, Cardiac Technology, OT technology, etc., or other equivalent Allied Health Sciences Disciplines.
• Preferable Qualifications: One year of clinical trial experience, and Computer Skills with data entry of patient-level database. Applicants with research experience, good communication skills in Tamil, and basic computer skills will also be preferred.
• Age Limit: Should be less than 30 years as on 30-09-2026.

What Happens on the Day

Interested candidates are requested to report to the Department of Nephrology at 9:00 AM on 03-11-2026 with documents and certificates for verification. Candidates will be shortlisted by a written test, followed by a skill test. Shortlisted candidates from the written and skill tests shall be called for an interview scheduled on 03-11-2026 at 2:00 PM at the Department of Nephrology.
