UPUMS Radiologist Recruitment 2026 – Walkin

Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences (UPUMS) is conducting a walk-in interview to fill Radiologist posts on a contract basis. The appointment is initially for a period of 06 months, extendable based on satisfactory services and patient welfare. Eligible candidates can attend the walk-in interview with the required application form and documents, along with the application fee submitted through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Finance Officer, UPUMS, Etawah payable at Saifai (Branch Code-7281). Applicants must possess the required MD (Radio-Diagnosis) / DNB (Radio-Diagnosis) / DMRD qualification, and a valid State Medical Council or National Medical Commission (NMC) registration is mandatory. The notified fixed pay for the post is Rs. 1,20,000 per month, with applicable conveyance incentives as specified in the official notification.

Posts and Eligibility

The university requires Radiologists for contract engagement. The essential educational qualifications required for the post are:

• MD (Radio-Diagnosis) from a recognized university OR
• DNB (Radio-Diagnosis) from a recognized board OR
• DMRD (Diploma in Medical Radio-Diagnosis) from a recognized institution.

Additionally, a valid State Medical Council or National Medical Commission (NMC) registration is mandatory. Retired Radiologists’ services can also be taken on a contract basis.
